MT Academy USA provides an online PMP Exam Simulator and educational content. Access is granted on a subscription or per-course basis. The simulator is designed for preparation purposes and does not guarantee passing the official exam.
2. Account Security & Access
- Accounts are for personal use only. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- The system monitors concurrent logins. Multiple simultaneous sessions from different locations may lead to automatic account suspension.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including exam questions, simulator interface design, and AI-generated imagery, is the exclusive property of Master Talent Academy USA. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is a violation of copyright laws.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (2Checkout/PayPal).
- Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not provided once the simulator or course has been accessed, unless a technical failure on our part prevents use.
5. Technical Requirements
The user is responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection to use the simulator. MT Academy is not responsible for progress lost due to local connectivity issues.
